DTI demonstrates the 122 mm DTI-2 rocket on board Type YW306.
RTA currently operates six Type YW306 – the Chinese-made Type-85 APC with 130 mm MLRS – in the artillery division. After the procurement of 4 SR4 and additional 2 systems from China.
RTA tasked DTI to develop the indigenous 122 mm rocket to be used on the system. RTA also order the upgrade of Type YW306 that seen shorter-range 130 mm replaced by 40-km DTI-2 with the electric launcher.
